4. Training Programs

Training program participants must meet attendance requirements, complete all coursework, and pass required assessments to receive certification. Program fees are non-refundable after the first week of training.

5. Staffing Services

Healthcare facilities using our staffing services agree to provide a safe working environment and comply with all employment laws. We conduct thorough screening but cannot guarantee the performance of placed personnel.

6. Limitation of Liability

Olivejay Therapeutics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful.
